Our approach

We trust in the power of community and in modern and sustainable housing. Hence, our projects are always built in accordance with sustainable development principles. We consistently utilize renewable energy sources and implement cutting-edge eco-friendly technologies.

Using rainwater and minimising the consumption of drinking water is another major aspect that shapes the final form of our projects. We use environmentally friendly materials with a long service life, generating as little waste and pollution as possible.

01

Living with respect for the environment

Keeping the environmental aspects of life and living in mind is key for the future. Our projects emphasise limiting the use of primary and non-renewable energy sources, reducing CO2 emissions and increasing the ratio of renewable energy sources used to ensure maximum utilisation. Reducing consumption of drinking water by substituting it with rainwater also plays a major role. Planting greenery around our buildings and on their roofs is an integral part of all our projects.

02

Genuine comfort in your new home

Creating a truly comfortable and pleasant home environment is a key part of our approach to housing and development. This is why we focus on every detail of indoor living, from preventing rooms from overheating in summer to providing constant thermal comfort and ensuring a continuous flow of clean air, free from dust, fungi, and pollen, through effective air recuperation. Additionally, we ensure our buildings offer acoustic comfort and soundproofing, while our systems are designed to be safe and accessible without barriers.

03

Sustainable project lifecycle management

Handing over a project doesn’t signify the end for us. Right from the start, we ensure the project’s concept is economically viable throughout the building’s entire life cycle. With proper facility management settings, we enable more efficient operations. We make sure that data on energy and water usage, as well as indoor environmental conditions, are readily available. We also proactively support effective waste recycling.

04

Infrastructure designed for comfort

Our projects are always attuned to their surroundings. Aligned with our ethos, ’We Create Communities’, we ensure the availability of extensive, and accessible public spaces for leisure. We carefully consider the availability of amenities and connections to public transport in the regions we develop. All these efforts are aimed at minimizing environmental and economic impacts.

Passive vs. energy-efficient houses

Our homes are constructed to be either exceptionally energy-efficient or built to passive house standards.

What is the difference? Energy efficient buildings demand less thermal energy than houses compliant with the Thermal Protection of Buildings standard due to the use of better quality masonry, thermally insulating coupling material, better quality windows, and enhanced thermal insulation of the roof. With passive buildings, their specific annual heat requirement should not exceed 15 kWh/(m²a) or 20 kWh/(m²a). Hence, efficient technologies (as used with energy efficient buildings) will not suffice. Passive building designs must keep in mind the correct orientation of the house with respect to the cardinal points, the location and size of windows, and other parameters.
