We are very proud that Ctěnický háj project has won the prestigious Architects' Award in the Prague 9 region. We would like to express our gratitude to everyone who participated in its preparation, our clients and partners.

The award ceremony of the thirteenth edition of the competition took place on 25 January 2024 at the NH Collection Hotel Prague Carlo IV in the presence of more than a hundred guests from developers, investors, architects to partners of the competition.

A total of 55 residential development projects from the entire Czech Republic were nominated for the 2023 edition. The projects won awards in three categories: the Public Award, which is the result of a poll where the general public has the opportunity to vote, the Expert Jury Award, which results of a selection of experts in the real estate market, and the Architects Award, in which selected architects are invited to vote.
